Guarantee
We measure success by the satisfaction of our supporters. Please realize that all of our products with the exception of the Maasai blankets, are hand-made in Tanzania, beaded by one of nearly 250 Maasai artists in a women's group. Please expect some variation in size, weight and styling. Also, some colors may apepar differently in person than on digital media. Also, because some of the products are made from natural fibers, there will be natural variations in materials (color, texture, etc). Please feel free to inquire about a specific product before ordering. We want you to be happy.
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact customer service with return or exchange inquiries. We offer 100% refund or exchange within one week of delivery, shipping & handling charges excluded.
